- Web Traffic Reports
Reports can be accessed at [yourdomain]/urchin
- Web Mail/Email
Check your email from any web browser! Simply go to [yourdomain]/imanager
and login with your username & password. If you need additional
email accounts, simply call or email. If you're checking
email from a program such as Outlook, simply use your domain
name (without the "www.") for both POP (incoming) and SMTP
(outgoing) mail servers.
- Backups
In the event your web site files become corrupted or inadvertently
deleted, they can be recovered from server backup. If you notice a
problem with your web site, call or email as soon as possible. If the problem is caught soon
enough, recovery may be free of charge; in some circumstances there
may be a fee for retrieval.
- Search Engine Promotion
Initial search engine submissions are free of charge.
