1. Monthly invoices will be issued no later than the 15th day of the month preceding the service month.

2. Payments are expected to be received by the close of business on the first day of each service month with the exception of legal holidays.

3. Payments not received by due date will have a 5% late charge added to unpaid balance for each billing period payment is not received.

4. Accounts not paid in full by the start of business on the last day of the service month will have their ftp, web site & email services suspended until full payment plus late charges is received.

5. A $10 fee will be charged to reconnect suspended services. Full payment of past due balance and reconnect fees are due before site is reconnected.

6. Accounts not paid in full within 60 days of original due date will have all services terminated. Termination of service does not relieve you from debts incurred while your site is/was active on our DNS (domain name servers).

7. An additional $25 fee plus past due balance, late charges and prepayment for one year will be required to reconnect services terminated after 60 days. Reconnection will be at the discretion of Graphically Speaking. We reserve the right to refuse service for non-payment.

8. Accounts 90 days or more past due will be turned over for collection.

9. Graphically Speaking reserves the right to refuse transfer to another server a web site that has an unpaid past due balances exceeding 30 days.

10. Graphically Speaking reserves the right to discontinue all services to any account that has had three or more late payments in any 12-month period.

11. Refunds made on pre-payments for reason of domain transfer ONLY will be prorated. Refunds will not be made in the case of web site termination for violation(s) of services. No refunds will be made in amounts less than $20.00. Setup fees are non-refundable.
